Useful Information:
Transport & Installation:
- We will quote and provide delivery of the pool shell to your property – note pricing is based on your location and supplied by our third-party transport provider.
- Installation of the pool shell and additional works can be quoted by your local Narellan Pools builder.
- If you choose to install yourself, to protect your warranty and the longevity of your installation, you must purchase and install to Australian Standards 1839-2021, obtain a soil test for the pool site, and install according to the pool shell and/or site-specific engineering (depending on soil test results), and the Narellan Pools installation guide and dig specifications (both of which we will supply upon purchase).
- You also need to obtain all necessary local Council approvals and permits, before commencing the dig or installation.
- The Narellan Pools Inground Lifetime Structural warranty will be provided; however, the Narellan Pools Surface warranty is not included. The pricing is discounted to account for this.
- Equipment such as the Skimmer Box, Hydrostatic Valve, 2 x Pool Returns and 1 x CPR Chart are included in the pool shell price.
- All other filtration equipment and lights will need to be sourced by you, or alternatively your local Narellan pool builder can assist you with this.

Payment terms:
- A non-refundable 30% deposit is required on the day.
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to the delivery date.
Holding terms:
- We can hold your pool up to 3 months from your purchase date.
- Extended holding periods may be considered upon request; however, a holding fee will apply.
- If the pool is not delivered after 3 months from your purchase date, and we don’t receive a request asking us to consider holding it for longer, we reserve the right to resell it to someone else.
