Our incredible network of licensed local pool builders has all the necessary qualifications to install your fibreglass pool correctly and according to building codes. Being locals, our pool builders are also up-to-date with the permit requirements of their respective areas, so they’ll know what’s legally required for your site. Our processes and systems in place at these facilities have earned us ISO 9001 accreditation. As we’re responsible for the manufacture of our pools, we’re certain of their quality, durability, and resilience.

Elsewhere in the pool industry, the process can sometimes be split – a manufacturer makes the pools, and then another business known as an ‘agent’ buys the pools from the manufacturer and installs them for clients.

In some instances, that could present a problem if there ends up being an issue or defect with an installed pool. The agent may not be fully across the materials that were used to make the pool, and as they’re separate from the manufacturer, they could have their own processes for installation and post-installation services, so a client may not get the level of service they expect and deserve.

Each of our pools gets a Pool Manufacturing Certificate which is kept securely in our facilities and tracks all the relevant details of the pool from its conception through to its completion. The certificate covers such important records as the technicians that worked on the pool, room temperatures as the pool was being constructed, and the weight of the pool, among others.
