Narellan Pools recently installed a pool for us in Inverloch. Right from our first contact with Sam from sales, it was a faultless experience. At every point they communicated thoroughly what was happening and gave clear timelines. Lizzy in the office was totally across everything- permits, planning- you name it, she sorted everything! Bailey did the install , and as it happened we were on holidays on install date, but he took control of everything, listening to all our requirements and concerns and delivering exactly what we wanted! The entire process was without a single issue- they even arrange for the pool fencing approval at the very end!
