Terms & Conditions
1. General
(a) These terms and conditions, together with the Narellan Pools privacy policy which is incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions (and is available at www. https://narellanpools.com.au/privacy-policy/) contain the entire understanding and agreement between Narellan Pools Pty Ltd of Suites 403-410, Level 4, 4 Columbia Court, Norwest, NSW 2153 (the Promoter) and clients of the promotion (each a Participant) in relation to the Narellan Pools Show Offer Promotion (the Promotion).
(b) By participating in the Promotion, the Participant is deemed to have accepted these Terms and the Narellan Pools Privacy Policy.
(c) To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
2. Promotion Period:
(a) The Promotion period applicable for orders placed after a Participant attended the 2026 Melbourne Pool Spa Life Expo 2026 (the Expo) in Victoria, with the Promotion commencing at 9:00am on 19 January 2026 and expiring at 5:00pm on 31 March 2026 (the Promotional Period).
(b) All times noted in these terms and conditions are local times, based on the location of the Promoter.
3. Promotion details:
(a) The Promotion offers the following to each Participant who satisfies the eligibility criteria outlined in clause 4.1 below:
(i) $1,000.00 off their pool for the first twenty-five (25) Participants to enter into a contract to install a Narellan Pools pool with a Victorian Narellan Pools local pool builder during the Promotional Period; and
(ii) at the Participant’s selection receive a free upgrade to AstralPool’s Halo Pure water sanitiser (valued at $1,348) and 50% discount on Zodiac’s FreeRider FR500 iQ (Recommended Retail Price (RRP) $1,799); when purchasing a Halo Chlorinator, Fluidra pump, filter, two (2) FLX lights, Halo lite, Heat pump and Minerals.
(b) Participants must purchase new pools only. The purchase of blemish pools, kit pools, special builds or spas are not eligible for this Promotion.
(c) This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
4. Eligibility:
(a) In order to receive the Promotion, Participants must:
(i) attend the Narellan Pools stand at the Expo; and
(ii) provide their contact details to a Narellan Pools representative to enter into the Narellan Pools CRM at the Expo; and
(iii) enter into a contract to install a Narellan Pools pool with a Victorian Narellan Pools local pool builder during the Promotional Period; and
(iv) have their pool ordered and invoiced before 31 December 2026.
(b) This offer is only available to participants residing in Victoria, Australia within a territory operated by a Victorian Narellan Pools local pool builder.
(c) A “participant” refers to anyone who has not yet entered into a contract (or paid a deposit) for a Narellan Pools pool.
(d) A Participant will be excluded from this Promotion if their contact details are not located in the Narellan Pools CRM.
(e) To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
(f) Employees of the Promoter, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Immediate family members include any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child, step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
(g) Narellan Pools accepts no liability in the event that it does not attend the Expo.
(h) Only one entry per household will be permitted.
(i) The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of Australia.
5. Privacy:
(a) The Promoter and its related entities collect entrants’ personal information for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Promotion.
(b) The Promoter will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https:/narellanpools.com.au/privacy-policy. You may request access or to update your personal information or lodge a complaint by writing to The Privacy Officer, Narellan Pools Pty Limited (ABN 44 003 607 681) of Suite 403-410, Level 4, 4 Columbia Court, Norwest, NSW 2153.
6. General:
(a) The Promoter (subject to Victorian legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Promotion if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration security, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of Participants.
(b) Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
(c) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in Victoria, Australia (‘Non-Excludable Guarantees‘).
(d) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Participant; or (d) any failure by the Promotor to attend the Expo.
