2018 Narellan Pools Summit Wrap Up

The Summit saw presentations from keynote speakers Iven Frangi and Paul Roos and the insights and plans for the company from Managing Director Chris Meyer. The sessions of the Summit were geared toward providing attendees on how to lead and work in an experience-driven organization.

The Summit is an opportunity to provide the network with a chance to form greater bonds within their own teams and share their knowledge and experiences with other local pool builders.

The event closed with a gala dinner where the Excellence Award winners were announced. Brothers Matt and Tim Ranieri and the Sydney City/Northern Sydney team won 10 awards including 2018 Business of the year.

The business of the year award is based on a strict objective criterion around; sales & delivery growth, Client experience (NPS), Local Marketing, Citizenship (contribution to the brand & network), and giving back to the community.

Presenting the Excellence awards at the Summit, was Narellan Pools Managing Director, Chris Meyer.

Stefan and Emma Tamassy, from Narellan Pools Geelong, were awarded Pool of the year in the photographic awards chosen from 140 pools and over 1100 photo submissions.

Narellan Pools Sunshine Coast, Mark, and Tanya Martin were awarded the Installations Excellence award which recognizes the territory that has experienced the highest growth in deliveries in the network compared to the prior year whilst maintaining a service-based culture and positive NPS scores.

The 2018 Woman of the Year was awarded to Fiona Harvey from Narellan Pools Southern Sydney/Illawarra.  Presenting the Woman of the year award was Narellan Pools Owner and 2013 Franchise Council of Australia’s National Franchise Woman of the Year, Debb Meyer.

“Fiona Harvey is our true and original female trailblazer having started in Narellan Pools over 20 years ago as a team member before buying the franchise with her husband Danny. She is a true leader in both her business, within the Narellan Pools community, and most importantly to her children. She is an inspirational leader in their work with Camp Quality which is now in its 11th year. We are so proud to see Fiona awarded the coveted Narellan Pools Woman of the Year”.

Congratulations to all the award winners and their teams including the 2018 Installation Excellence Team Member Awarded to Shem Bragg (Northern Rivers), Robert Gibb (Sydney city/Northern Sydney), received the Sales Excellence Team Member, Julie Vautier (Geelong) was awarded the Administration Excellence Team Award and Conversion Excellence Team Member Award went to Zeb Rowbotham (Riverina).
